Accucraft Ride-On offers an excursion car in 2.5″ scale (1:4.8) designed for 7.25″ or 7.5″ gauge garden and backyard railways. These cars are full-size, ride-on passenger coaches featuring a rugged steel chassis with aluminum panels and finely detailed bodywork inspired by classic Jackson & Sharp–style excursion coaches seen on heritage railroads. They offer open seating with bench seats, upgradable to individual seats, accommodating multiple adult passengers, and are engineered for smooth, reliable operation.
Each car is built to order (BTO). Custom paint schemes of up to two colors and decals are included in the price. Additional options are available, making these cars both functional and visually appealing additions to live steam or electric railroads.
Standard equipment includes 2.5″ Sharon couplers and Jackson & Sharp passenger trucks.
